Please be aware that all shipping outside of the United States may be subject to Customs Fee’s at the Receivers Expense. 

All customers agree to pay in full for all items before shipment is received.

All custom orders placed are final sale. Because every garment is manufactured specifically to your specifications, measurements, colorway, and design, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a deposit has been submitted and production has commenced.

No Refunds
Once your 50% deposit is received and production begins, your order is binding and non-cancellable. This applies to the deposit, the remaining balance, and all customization fees including printing, embroidery, labels, and hardware. No refund will be issued at any stage of production regardless of circumstance.

No Returns or Exchanges
All garments are produced to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes screen printed, DTG, DTF, embroidered, garment dyed, and custom-branded pieces. Client is solely responsible for verifying all specifications, designs, measurements, and quantities before submitting payment.
